Although it isn’t that obvious I can see some difference in my weight between the two photos. In reality I have lost 20 pounds since the April photo was taken. As far as my tracking the progress (since June 10th) I have officially lost 18 pounds. Very nice!
Today I began a new exercise routine using my Wii Fit Plus and a great web site called www.wiifitroutines.com – it has taken the guess work out of “what to do” and “how to do it.” Its great!
